Murat Lamm is the Baden-Württemberg butcher most richly steeped in Turkish tradition. From as far back as 1972 we have been conducting our slaughter in accordance with the applicable religious regulations. In the early years with our halal slaughter we catered, above all, to the wishes of the guest workers who had settled in southern Germany. Today customers from many European countries put their trust in the guaranteed quality of our work. One of the pillars of our success is compliance with all the requirements of the Animal Protection Act. As a Turkish family firm we continue to feel committed to our roots and traditions. In our slaughterhouse in Gärtringen we slaughter animals from southern Germany exclusively in accordance with the requirements of the Koran and with the confirmation of the DITIB association. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday we perform slaughter in the Murat Lamm EG slaughterhouse under veterinary supervision.
