As we have been scrupulously complying with all hygiene regulations for decades, you can have absolute faith in the delicious taste and freshness of our halal meat products. Our company’s success story is based on the systematic observance of the hygiene laws. Murat Lamm’s slaughter and meat production meet EU standards and the often stricter German laws. Our high hygienic standards were recognised with the well-known HACCP seal (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).

When it comes to hygiene, we leave nothing to chance. Our hygiene plan, which we developed in close cooperation with a reputable hygiene service provider, ensures that every individual production stage satisfies the highest hygienic requirements. Our motto: faultless hygiene across the board – from the hygiene sluice that all employees pass through before starting work, to the daily microbiological examination of finished products in a certified laboratory. Cooperation with the Freudenstadt Veterinary Agency and our in-house veterinarian provide double hygienic safety. With our own vehicle fleet, we can ensure 100% compliance with the refrigeration chain till your order is delivered.
