Specially tailored to the needs of butchers, we also slaughter lamb in our own production facilities. We guarantee the highest standards of quality by only sourcing cattle and calves from southern Germany. From slaughter to production, we offer you a high-grade product from a single source. Even before our fresh goods reach you in a short space of time via our in-house fleet of vehicles, we take care that your product is of the highest quality. More than 60 employees are waiting to meet your high expectations. Complying with the strictest standards of hygiene comes first and foremost for every one of our employees. Our company’s in-house hygiene plan, developed in cooperation with a well-known hygiene service provider, was awarded HACCP certification (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
